"Not quite as horrendous as losing the keys in the automobile, I had actually locked them in the boot. It was absolutely daft. I was packing the groceries in the car and closed it whilst not seeing I had put the keys down within while packing. It is a really easy move to make if you are in a rush, especially when you keep your keys in your hands after opening the boot. Happily we got the boot open and were able to retrieve the keys.

Locked out of the house Brookend:

A client in Brookend telephoned us with a disasterous scenario as she had just stepped outside the house to procure an item and the door locked after her. Unfortunately, what makes this even more serious was when she exclaimed "Please help me! I locked my keys in the house and my baby is still inside." Of course we raced over there and luckily traffic was light. We managed to turn up within a few minutes and had the house open quickly. What we did find out later is that she designated her little kitty "my baby".

One customer in Brookend had quite a report to explain "The week end arrived with excellent climatic conditions and out we went for our camping holiday, it was basically a fantastic quick break but sadly we arrived home to see we had mislaid the household keys.
